Building Vibrant, Sustainable Villages with WEWE is building thriving, sustainable villages by connecting like-minded individuals through our WE Network online platforms. This process fosters community spirit and collaboration in each unique location.

To join this growing movement-click "
" and select the "WE Workshop" plan. This simple step links you with your local Co-op Village for you to enjoy shopping, weekend warrior events, free camping, and more!

From these online communities, five dedicated individuals are appointed as Elemental Elders (Fire, Air, Earth, Water, and Ether) in each village. These Elders hold significant management positions tailored to their specific location. These roles are essential and must always be filled to ensure the community operates effectively. The presence of these Elders is vital as they guide village members through the complexities of community building and resource management, fostering a sense of unity and purpose.

Fire: Serves as the village healer, nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in Gaia, a practical Earth-based philosophy, this role embraces and verifies truths from nature (physical and spiritual), other religions, writings, science, philosophy, and Divine Law. Represented by the Gaian Living Fellowship Center (GLFC), a non-profit that unites the community in times of need, enhancing our community and the planet. Open for activities including Rising Meditations, Yoga, Healing Your Temple Courses, Monthly Fellowship, and Weekly Gatherings where followers of Earth-centered religions can join for holidays, marriages, funerals, blessings, handfasting's, coming-of-age celebrations, dedications, and more to promote sustainable beliefs. Air: Leads Eco Junk, WE’s sustainable division, offering eco-friendly alternatives to demolition and waste disposal. Earth: Supports sanctuaries by creating habitats and forage plantings to enhance animal welfare and reduce reliance on imported feeds. This Elder promotes coexistence with local wildlife, managing livestock, seeds, seedlings, fencing, tools, and miscellaneous supplies. The WE Sanctuary created Plateau Domestication, inspired by Joel Salatin, to almost rewild plants and critters, creating picturesque Gardens of Eden surrounding every village. These friendly, loving animals reflect the community's care, and the Compassionate Carnivore lifestyle, using 1/3 less with the Proper Human Diet, helps heal both individuals and the planet while honoring Earth as our sacred Mother—soil, water, and air—and protecting the creator and creation from harm. Water: Acts as the Co-op Village Coordinator, managing artisans and their raw material needs. This role organizes workshops and apprenticeships to support skilled trades, promoting a simple philosophy where people can follow their natural talents or acquired skills, living fulfilled lives daily. It fosters unity among farmers, scientists, shoemakers, civil engineers, or anyone else we choose, generating positive energy and attracting solutions to community needs. [Learn More]

Revitalizing Rural Communities

Ether: Connects with the essence of creation to inspire revitalization of ghost towns, supporting distressed farmers and landowners. This Elder fosters a decentralized approach, encouraging innovative thinking and sustainable practices to breathe new life into these communities. [Learn More]

WE promotes decentralization through artisan co-op villages that support struggling farmers with free labor and one-third of the goods produced. These initiatives breathe new life into ghost towns by fostering innovation and community engagement, addressing challenges like land budgets, mortgages, and infrastructure.

WE identifies distressed farmers in your area who could benefit from an artisan co-op village operating privately in their community, open to the public only on weekends. Would they welcome free labor and shared goods to strengthen their local economy?

Community Roles and LOL Bank:

Pioneer Shops: Pioneers lead the establishment of new Instant Eco Villages, guiding the community through apprenticeships. They operate trade shops (e.g., plumbing, cabinet making) aligned with Elders’ skills—Air for industrial trades, Earth for raw material-based trades—and receive a tiny shop village lot for a workspace (if you do 2-story residential on the top floor). Joining the co-op for $1 a day grants access to a lot to build your tiny shop, plus free labor and materials from the LOL Bank.

Villagers: Villagers are the backbone of co-op villages, contributing to Village operations, assisting in running trade shops not covered by Pioneer positions, and supporting the co-op’s diverse skill needs. Creating goods like jams and biscuits, and participating in apprenticeships led by Pioneers. They earn a tiny shop village lot for community projects and join the co-op for $1 a day, gaining free labor and materials to support their efforts.

Wanderers:: Wanderers are local low-income or homeless participants, including homeless veterans, families, hurricane refugees, religiously shunned individuals, aged-out CPS cases, and others, who engage with the co-op using the LOL Bank. In exchange for their participation, they receive free membership, discounts, or free shopping, with access to a tiny shop village lot for a workspace after 6 months to support their reintegration and self-sufficiency.

LOL Bank: The LOL Bank is a resource-based economy app that provides free labor and raw materials to uplift low-income and homeless folks. It tracks contributions, supports apprenticeships, and facilitates the allocation of tiny shop village lots, ensuring all members—Pioneers, Villagers, and Wanderers—can thrive.
